All prices displayed on our website are shown in Naira (₦).

We reserve the right to update prices when necessary. Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will always contact you if any issue affects that order.

Payment is completed either online through Paystack (card, bank transfer, or USSD) at checkout, or by placing a WhatsApp order that we confirm and invoice directly with you.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. An order is considered accepted once we have confirmed it for processing.

Please make sure your delivery details, phone number, and other information are correct before completing your order.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the availability of your items, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, occasional delays caused by the courier may occur. We will do our best to assist you if this happens.

Our return or exchange options depend on the type and condition of the item purchased. Certain intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, such as underwear, are not eligible for return or exchange once opened, worn, or removed from their original packaging.
